Owner and President
George Silveira’s journey began at the age of 18, working alongside master carpenters and learning the trade from the ground up—literally. From banging nails and digging foundations to leading crews as a carpenter just two years later. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the industry, he developed a deep passion for every aspect of the craft, including site work, roofing, doors, finish work, and cabinetry. George holds a construction supervisor license, a home improvement license and certified in window and door install.
George built his career on the core values of integrity, precision, and treating every job as if it were his own. George’s attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset has helped turn countless client visions into reality and keep complex projects running smoothly. He prides himself on the family atmosphere that him and his son have created naturally through mutual respect and communication. George’s leadership style is rooted in positivity, accountability, and leading by example- ensuring both clients and his crews feel confident and supported from start to finish.
His greatest passion beyond work is spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying outdoor sports.
Lead Carpenter Project Manager
As a young man, George Jr.’s journey began alongside his dad where he would go to countless jobsites in the summer or doing projects around the house, learning the ropes one project at a time. That early spark led him to Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School, where hegraduated from the carpentry shop in 2012. With a strong focus on residential construction, specialized and certified in doors and windows, he has built a reputation for being a hands-onleader who brings both technical know-how and a personal touch to every project.
George Jr. is known for being a charismatic and approachable communicator, he believes that great construction work starts in trust, teamwork, and clear expectations. Whether coordinating crews, navigating tight deadlines, or troubleshooting unexpected site issues, he takes pride in being a problem solver who keeps projects moving forward without compromising quality.
When not on the job site, you’ll find George Jr. fishing, boating, or staying active with just about any sport.
